Using Our Site and Services
By visiting cliqgrow.com or working with CliqGrow in any capacity, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use our services.
What We Do
CliqGrow builds AI-powered websites and marketing systems for local businesses. Our packages include website design, hosting, SEO basics, AI chat widgets, and automation. Full package details live on our Packages page.
Payments
All deposits and monthly fees are non-refundable once we've started work. Monthly plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. If a payment lapses, services may be paused until the account is current. Founding client rates are locked in as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
What We Need From You
To do our best work, we ask that you give us accurate information about your business, respond to us in a reasonable timeframe, and use our services only for legitimate business purposes.
SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number on any CliqGrow form, and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from CliqGrow related to your application, project updates, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service from CliqGrow. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes.
Ownership of Work
Everything we build stays ours until your account is fully paid. Once it is, you have full rights to use it for your business. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Our Liability
We put real care into what we build, but we can't guarantee specific business results like lead volume or revenue. CliqGrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at whatever you paid us in the 30 days before the issue arose.
Ending the Relationship
Either side can end services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to end things immediately if our terms are being violated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law.
