CliqGrow is a d/b/a of Discovery Zone LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

CliqGrow is a digital marketing agency serving local businesses across Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, FL and beyond. We help small businesses get found online, capture leads, and grow through AI-powered websites and automation. You can reach us at cliqgrow.com.

Information We Collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us. This typically happens when you fill out a contact form, book a demo call, or reach out about one of our services. That information usually includes your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you share in the message field.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, deliver the services you signed up for, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up about work already underway with CliqGrow. We do not sell your information, period.

SMS and Text Message Consent

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you're agreeing to receive text messages from CliqGrow. These are customer care messages: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about work already underway, and answers to questions you've asked us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is never required to purchase anything from us, and is never a condition of receiving any service. You can decline SMS and still submit any form on this site.

What we collect and how long we keep it. When you submit a form we record the phone number you provided, whether you checked the SMS consent box, the date and time you checked it, the exact consent wording shown to you, and the IP address the submission came from. We keep this consent record for as long as you remain subscribed and for four years after you opt out, because we are required to be able to demonstrate consent. Your phone number itself is used only to contact you about CliqGrow services.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop immediately and confirm. You can also email contact@cliqgrow.com or call (407) 439-0591 to be removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your phone number and the record of your consent for as long as you are a customer, and for at least twelve months after your last contact with us, so we can show when and how consent was given if it is ever questioned. If consent was given verbally on a recorded call, the recording and its transcript are kept for the same period. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us, or email contact@cliqgrow.com. Opting out of texts does not affect any other service you receive from us.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We hold onto your information as long as we need it to serve you or meet any legal requirements. If you want your data removed, just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Just email us at contact@cliqgrow.com and we'll handle it promptly.

A Note on Minors

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, the date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of our site means you're good with the updated version.
